Terms & Conditions

1) MEMBERSHIP ENROLLMENT :

Everyone can apply to our program which can be a frequent business traveler, or a leisure guest. To join the Centre Point Always Rewards Program, e-mail address is required. Members may not use the same email address. After joining the program, the Member will receive online communications updating to the Points statements, program promotions, hotels information and services. Moreover, the Member must not let any other party to know his/her account password, the Member is responsible for all his/her account. This Centre Point Always Rewards applies to our 5 locations; Pratunam, Sukhumvit10, Silom, Chidlom and Thong Lo.

2) MEMBERSHIP LEVEL :

There are 3 guest membership levels, within the Centre Point Always Rewards :

2.1)Blue Point Member Level - It opens to anyone who would like to be part of Centre Point Family.
2.2)Silver Point Member Level - This is the first guest tier who confirmed on accommodation expense from THB 1 to THB 30,000.
2.3)Gold Point Member Level - This level is the highest level who spent more than THB 30,000/year.
3) MEMBER CARDS :

After completed enroll online via Centre Point Always Rewards website, Member can log in for updating to the Points statements, program promotions, hotels information and services. However, E-Member Card provides online. The Member will then fully enjoy benefits and privileges from all program offers. Showing E- Member Card from mobile, it is available in all 5 Centre Point Properties; Pratunam, Sukhumvit10, Silom, Chidlom and Thong Lo.

4) MAINTAIN MEMBERSHIP LEVEL :

In order to maintain the Blue, Silver and the Gold membership level, guest must meet the stay criteria each calendar year. In case, the Member does not maintain the stay criteria for the membership level, the Member will be downgraded one level.

Silver Point Member Level :

If any booking is not placed within 2 years (an annual accounting period ends on every December 31), your Silver Point status will be changed to Blue Point, while the Rewards Points still remain for another 1 year.Member must reactive Member number to continue Blue Member status.

Gold Point Member Level :

If any booking is not placed within 2 years (an annual accounting period ends on every December 31), your Gold Point status will be changed to Silver Point, while the Rewards Points still remain for another 2 years.Member must reactive Member number to continue Blue Member status.

5) EARNING :

Member who logged in on Centre Point Always Rewards website, booking through Centre Point official website and paid for accommodations will be able to earn Rewards Points. Rewards Points cannot transfer to another Member after Rewards Points are begin given. Noted that if the Member books rooms, Points will be earned accordingly, but the number of Eligible nights is based only on the Member's room.

A member may earn points on completed payment for maximum 5 rooms per stay and member must stay in one of the rooms, there is no maximum night of booking. Points are calculated on total invoice, excluding tax and serviced charge. This invoice must be paid and cleared. However, if a Member stops payment, checking issues with payment process he/she will not receive any Points. The earned points are calculated from accommodation payment only (exclusive of taxes and serviced charges).

Booking through any third party websites, especially OTA sites, Travel Agent and Corporate Rate are unable to receive points for their room.

Silver Point Member Card :
Earning 3 rewards Points, valued 3% of a booked room rate only (without tax and service charge) to redeem as the discount or free for favorable items or services.
  • Earned points are valid only after the accommodation payment is received.
Gold Point Member Card :
Earning 4 rewards Points, valued 4% of a booked room rate only (without tax and service charge) to redeem as the discount or free for favorable items or services.
It allows Centre Point to credit and update Rewards Points into Member account approximately 15 days after the check-out date and payment status "Completed".
Remarks
  • Earned points are valid only after the accommodation payment is received.
  • Rewards are available exclusively for registered Centre Point Always Rewards Members only.
  • If your guests early check out/terminate, point will be calculate based on the actual accommodation payment.
  • The third parties are not eligible under any circumstances.
  • Points and rewards are not refundable.
  • Expired points are neither refundable nor carried forward.
6) INELIGIBLE ROOM RATES :

The program allows Members to earn point most room rates, with the only exceptions being the ineligible rates listed as Tour Operator rates (TA), OTA, Wholesaler rates, Stays longer, Monthly Rate and Free Night Awards.

7) MEMBER ACCOUNT ISSUES :

In case, Member found that Points were not credited as expected, Member can contact direct to the Centre Point Corporate Marketing Department via rewards@centrepoint.com. For Points to be credited, the invoice matching to the claim must be in the name of recording Points on the Member's account. Process of Points claim will spend 90 days following on check out date.

8) ROOM UPGRADED :

Room Upgrades are subject to availability by each hotel and location.

9) REDEMPTION :

DISCOUNTS OR FREE NIGHTS OR FREE FOR FAVOURABLE ITEMS OR SERVICES.
Rewards points must be reaching redemption items Member can enjoy privilege or redeem. Points can be redeemed via Centre Point website eg: Room Discounts, Free Nights, Breakfast, Extra Bed, Airport Transfer and etc. Some items can be redeemed at Centre Point properties.

The point value may be varied for your redeemed items or services. Points redeemed for any product or service which all included taxes and serviced charges and Centre Point reserves the right to change without prior notice.

10) DATA PRIVACY :

Personal information regarding the Member is collected by Centre Point Corporate Marketing Team.

11) ACCEPTANCE OF THESE CONDITIONS, DISPUTES AND GOVERNING LAW : THAI LAW IS THE ONLY APPLICABLE LAW :

Any disagreement or dispute arising in connection with this document and which cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be subject to the courts of Bangkok.

12) Centre Point reserves the right to substitute selected rewards / benefits and privileges for an equal value in products or services, in the event such products or services are unavailable.
13) Centre Point reserves the right to change these terms and conditions, time periods, and privileges at any time without prior notice.
14) In the event a dispute arises out of this promotion, the determination of Centre Point shall be final.
